MAHESHWARI & CO. Represents US Firm in Indian Recovery and Criminal Proceedings

MAHESHWARI & CO. has assisted a US based company which has a wholly owned subsidiary in India. The US Entity is faced with a recovery issues with an Indian Entity with which it had a service agreement. We are presently representing the US Entity in Indian Courts to recover the disputed amounts from the Indian Entity. We are also assisting the client in initiating criminal proceedings against the wrong doers. The project was led by Partner, Tarun Biswas along with Associates, Shantanu Gargand Aditi Arora.
