Praveen Maratha

Praveen Maratha is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate and commercial laws, banking and finance, arbitration, real estate, and municipal laws. Over the years, he has represented well-known public and private companies, as well as statutory corporations, in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, various other state High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

His practice covers a wide range of legal areas, including corporate disputes, arbitration, banking matters, and regulatory issues. He has handled multiple criminal trials and regularly appears before key judicial and quasi-judicial bodies such as the Competition Commission of India, the Competition Appellate Tribunal, and labor courts in Gurgaon and New Delhi.

In addition to litigation, Praveen advises employers on workplace policies, employee management, and compliance with labor laws.
