Namanveer Singh Sodhi

Namanveer brings a wealth of legal experience to Maheshwari & Co., where he handles a diverse range of litigation across multiple fields. From civil and commercial disputes to criminal cases, he represents clients in the Supreme Court, High Courts, and various specialized forums, including the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and Consumer Courts.

His practice also includes family law (HMA), domestic violence cases, and real estate matters, where he has completed over 150 land due diligence reports. In addition to his litigation work, Namanveer is well versed in drafting and presenting all kinds of pleadings, as required to be filed before the court of appropriate jurisdictions. Some of his work includes drafting of Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), high court petitions, Statement of Claim, Written Statements, Counter Affidavit, legal notices, suits, and complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Namanveer has also provided legal opinions on emerging sectors such as green hydrogen for the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy and regularly offers advice on labor law and employment matters.
