Karishma has extensive experience in voluntary and compulsory Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Winding up matters.

She has been working on various cases in National Company Law Tribunal along with SARFAESI and Debt Recovery Tribunal. She assists in technical aspects of Foreign Direct Investments, Company Laws and liaisons with government offices like Regional Director, Registrar of Companies, Reserve Bank of India.

She works closely with start-ups assisting them in registration, funding, etc. She is actively involved in corporate due-diligence of companies.
