Sameer Gupta is a litigation lawyer with a strong focus on corporate and commercial disputes. After earning his law degree from Jindal Global University in 2017, he began his legal career at Inc Consultings, a Chartered Accountant firm in New Delhi. Starting as a Junior Associate, he quickly took charge of the firm’s litigation practice, gaining hands-on experience in corporate law and dispute resolution.

Sameer has argued numerous cases before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in New Delhi and Chandigarh, as well as the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi. His practice primarily involves advising corporations and institutions on mergers and acquisitions, demergers, company restorations, and litigation arising under The Companies Act, 2013. He also has significant experience handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, representing clients in insolvency proceedings and restructuring cases.
