Neha is a practicing Advocate with an extensive experience of handling matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Company Law matters, Arbitration and Conciliation Laws, Real Estate matters, Recovery Suits, Cheque Bounce matters and has been appearing before various fora in Delhi. Her diverse litigation practice mainly focuses on drafting of Special Leave Petitions, Civil Appeals, Writ Petitions, Applications under various provisions of laws, Legal Opinions, Legal Notices, Replies, Rejoinders & Replications, Statement of Claims, etc.
